The practice
Small, senior, and built for the worst night of your website's life.
We are not a plugin company with a support queue. We are an incident practice: a small team of senior engineers who do one thing — take hacked websites back — and put their names on the work.
Ken Armitt
Founder & Lead Incident Engineer
Twenty-five years of keeping websites alive.
Ken Armitt has spent 25 years building and running web infrastructure — from the early hosting era through to modern SaaS platforms, payment systems and high-traffic commercial sites. That's 25 years of watching how sites get broken into, and getting them back.
The practice was founded on a simple observation: when a business gets hacked, the market offers either a $199 ticket queue or a $50,000 enterprise DFIR engagement — and nothing in between built for how it actually feels at 2am. So we built the in-between: senior response, fixed published prices, evidence-grade delivery.
Every incident is handled end-to-end by a senior engineer. No juniors learning on your emergency. No offshore triage. No hand-offs.
Principles
What we'll never claim.
No invented proof
No fake testimonials, no purchased reviews, no invented "sites saved" counters. When we publish numbers, they come from our incident logs and we'll describe the method.
No fear marketing
You're already having a bad day; we won't make it sound worse to charge you more. Severity assessments are evidence-based, including when the news is good.
No pretending
Our 24×7 intake is AI-assisted triage with a human engineer paged on every incident — and we say so. If your incident needs a DFIR firm or a lawyer instead of us, we tell you on the first call.
This page is a standing commitment. If you ever catch this company breaking one of these, the founder wants to know: team@mywebsitehasbeenhacked.com.
